@mobisola, the tool to download from playstore is called ireportelection, it will help understand a method to capture geospatial data and also help understand the flexibility of filling in attribute data for each point.
The assignment is that we assume we have access to 5 polling units and then upload mock election report from 5 five different polling units (and we can assume more in order to have more datasets to analyse)
5 or more different points is simply saying upload data from 5 or more imaginary polling units.
The input for figure is meant for imaginary election figure, which candidate got what vote, so simply fix any figure in there. And for description, just write some details about the imaginary observation at the polling unit, e.g. "The snatched ballot boxes etc."

Please what can you give an elaborate explanation on what is meant to go into the figure and description field? Also, i'm a bit lost with this: "Upload the information in 5 or more different points several meters apart, this will mean five different datasets".

@larry we are still working on the iOS version of the mobile app but you can also use any blackberry 10 to run the Activity 3. My sincere apologies about this.

@patricia not really sure what the experience is here but you simple upload the random datasets via your mobile app from imaginary polling units from different points and you download from ireportelection.com using a key unique word you added to the datasets you captured.
